Private yoga sessions and prices

Sessions hours: Monday to Friday between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm

Home visit is available (additional £15 / session applies)

You can choose one session or a treatment program of 6 sessions:

60 minutes session:  £45

Treatment program of 6 times 60 minutes sessions:  £240

75 minutes session: £55                                                                          

Treatment program of 6 times 75 minutes sessions:  £300         

90 minutes session:  £65                                                                                 

Treatment program of 6 times 90 minutes sessions:  £360

No experience is needed, beginners are very welcome. Yoga mat and blanket will be provided. Dress casual and layered, socks are recommended. Please come with empty stomach, do not eat 2 hours before session.

If you are coming by car, you can find free parking area next to the building.

The treatment program of six sessions must be used in 2 months. 24 hours cancellation policy applies.

I would like to share some thought about Yoga

Everybody says that Yoga will be good for You. But why? How does yoga work? Why private yoga would give you a better experience?

Yoga is a practical and empirical philosophy. The wonderful effect of practising yoga regularly is, that the asanas tone the whole body.  They correct your posture and strengthen your bones and muscles. Yoga increases the circulation of fresh blood, encouraging the release of toxins, refreshing, rejuvenating the entire body. Completing the asanas asks you to make unusual positions, twisting, stretching, bending in unprecedented ways, which, in turn, tones and massages your inner organs, glands, individual cells. It stimulates your circulatory, respiratory, digestive and hormonal system.

As the body and mind are in constant interaction, creating a sense of well being physically, will result in a calm, relaxed and clear mind. You achieve improved stamina, endurance and emotional stability. Yoga will make you feel good and help you cope with the challenges of life wisely and with more serenity and understanding. Instead of allowing the circumstances to determine your path, You will control the situations.

With Yoga, You will become master of your life.

My personal experience is, that the more I practice yoga and deepen my knowledge in the principals and philosophy of this thousand years old tradition, the more I fall in love with it.

I would like to encourage you to do some search and find the kind of yoga which suits you most. You will find that there are many different styles of yoga around and however most of them are based on the same basic yoga asanas and pranayama technics, participating different yoga classes can leave you with rather different experience.

An excellent way to establish your understanding in the mechanics of yoga poses and to become familiar with the main principals of yoga, is to visit private yoga classes. As a beginner, you might find, that participating yoga classes might be physically very challenging and might undermine your enthusiasm and self-esteem. In contrary, practising yoga under the guidance of your private yoga teacher, will help you feel safe and supported. You can be sure, that each yoga class is tailored for You, based on your personal ambitions, physical abilities and health conditions. Either you are new to yoga or someone, who would like to take their practice to the next level, practising yoga as Private Yoga, will speed up your practice and will improve your physical and mental health on many levels in a short period of time.

Yoga is ancient. Wise people have been using this practice for thousands of years as a tool for achieving balance of their soul and body.

My private yoga sessions

As a private yoga teacher I specified on teaching Hatha Yoga, which is a gentle, still challenging, slightly slower paced style of yoga. It involves the practice of yoga asanas, pranayama/breathing technics , meditation and relaxation. Excellent choice for beginners. Perfect as prevention and recreation.

I also offer a yoga session called Yoga for the Spine , which focuses on the general health and flexibility of the Spine. The spine is very similar to the trunk of a tree. The spine, just as the trunk of a tree has to be strong also flexible and supple. It plays crucial part transferring information between the brain and all body parts, organs and individual cells. The health of the spine determines the health of the entire body.

One of my favourite kind of private yoga session I offer is Yoga for Woman’s health. It is based on the practice of yoga asanas, breathing technics, meditation and relaxation just as Yoga for the Spine and places emphasise on woman`s specific needs, physical anatomy and mental attitude. It is a gentle and intuitive style of yoga to help you to build self-confidence and find your balance.

I recently added to the private sessions I offer the ancient technic of Sound healing therapy with the Himalayan Singing Bowl. I find, that the idea of healing through the perfect resonance created by the Himalayan Singing Bowl complements perfectly with the philosophy of  yoga. We are in the state of perfect health and contentment, when prana/ life force flows freely in our energy channels.
